BRA W: Dentil Praia Clube wins first match of Superliga quarterfinals, on track for fourth consecutive final appearance

Dentil Praia Clube started their journey towards the fourth consecutive Superliga final with a victory in the first match of the Superliga quarterfinals.
They defeated Barueri Volleyball Clube 3-1 (26-24, 25-19, 25-14, 25-15) at Jose Correa in São Paulo. Praia took the lead in the “best of three” series and can secure their spot in the semifinals with a win in the next match on their home turf.
In the next match, Praia will have the opportunity to confirm their spot in the semifinals and await the outcome of the Rio de Janeiro clash between Sesc Flamengo and Fluminense to determine their opponent.
